Good but...
This is a great app to whip you into shape and it actually makes cardio fun and interesting compaired to just hitting the treadmill day after day.
I love the timer and the different times for each "level" of cardio you are at. (Beginger, Intermediate, Advanced) Also the video of the exercise makes it super easy to follow along.
However, after awhile it does get kind of old. I think to improve this app they should update it with some new excersises and have the estimated number of calories you burn and it would be perfect!
