Ive tried something very similar and worked really bad. I was a little nervous when I got this one but this works very well and is a real workout. You should get this app. If you get it you get to chose five mins eight mins or ten mins.

This is the best app ever. The short workout is great for busy people as it is fast and effective. The long workout is worth every minute even though it takes your every breath. Do not hesitate to download.
